Boise man arrested for first-degree murder in Nampa's Tuesday night homicide

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) A suspect is in custody in connection to a homicide in Nampa Tuesday night. 28-year-old Hunter Kneppe of Boise has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, robbery, destruction of evidence, criminal gang enhancement, deadly weapon enhancement, and providing false information to law enforcement.

29-year-old Able Saenz was found dead in an alley off of 3rd street North in Nampa after a call to police led officers to the location. Officers said that it appeared as though he had been stabbed.

The quick arrest is attributed to a collaborative effort with Caldwell, Garden City, and Boise Police departments as well as witnesses who came forward with information and residents who provided camera footage.
